Launch of the Lakulish Film Project

There is a group of inspired individuals forming a production team to create a film based on the life of an illustrious Indian sage known as Lord Lakulish (Dadaji). His life and teachings had a profound effect on the spiritual culture of India and the world.

In the late 20th century Swami Kripalu, also know as Bapuji, became Lakulish’s main disciple and was instructed by him to revive the ancient holy site known as Kayavarohan in Gujarat, Western India. Kayavarohan had been renowned as a great spiritual center and place of pilgrimage since ancient times.

The science of yoga has spread through out the modern world and this ancient site was resurrected by Bapuji to help seekers of all wisdom traditions have access to the knowledge necessary for profound spiritual development. This film is intended to inform and inspire seekers to see for themselves what sacred treasures lie in this remote Indian village.

The Lakulish film will be released on the International Day of Peace in 2007. We believe that world peace will be advanced by the revival of this pilgrimage site.
